“I’m Not Evil, Blacks Are Bad” –
Elisabeth Cannon of Macon Georgia shot Vernon Marcus Jr. as he walked past her house. In a 911 call, Elisabeth Cannon claimed that the kids were throwing rocks at her home. She alleged that in self-defense, she shot Vernon.
In a TV interview, Ms. Cannon wanted to make it clear that she wasn’t a bad person, “I’m not evil or dangerous,” she retorted. In her warped view of reality, she said that blacks were responsible for 99% of the crimes. She said by careful observation; she could tell whether a black male walking by her home was out for exercise, going to the store or simply up to no good.
She said what started the whole incident was those black teens were throwing rocks at her house in retaliation for her calling the police for a past disturbance. She felt compelled to take the law into her hands and fired shots at them injuring Vernon Marcus Jr in cold blood.
The teenager is in critical condition, and the police took Cannon was into custody where she posted a bond of $12,400 and was released.
